What You Will Learn

After completing this course, consultants will be able to perform and configure the core functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors Learning and access the resources and support available to configure additional features. You will learn how to configure and administer the learning management system, create and manage learning content, set up learning programs, manage user access and permissions, and track and report on learning activities.

Design a security domain structure and create administrator, instructor, and user roles.
Configure global settings, automatic processes, and references.
Describe and edit email notification templates and a certificate of completion.
Use Connectors (and the Import Data Tool) to migrate data.
Create and modify items, curricula, and programs using the Learning Needs Management model.
Navigate the Administrator interface and assign and track learning needs.
