• Review their personal profile with facilitator guidance,

• Explore team diversity and how different preferences interact,

• Understand intent vs impact in communication,

• Create a Team Charter to apply Emergenetics® principles at work.

Topic 1: What do we mean by ‘preference’?

• What do we mean by ‘preference’ in personality profiling?
• What does it mean to work in and out of your preferences?

Topic 2: The origins of Emergenetics®

• What is the Emergenetics® model and questionnaire and how were they developed?

Topic 3: The behavioral and thinking attributes

• The three behavioral and four thinking attributes that make up the Emergenetics® model.
• Participative activities to explore the attributes in more depth and build greater understanding.

Topic 4: Team Emergenetics® in practice

• Fun, highly interactive activities to explore teamworking using Emergenetics® attributes as a lens.

Topic 5: Analyzing profiles

• Time to review and reflect on your individual Emergenetics® profile with expert facilitator support.
