We consider how sponsors can provide active guidance and support to project managers and their teams whilst ensuring that resources are used to deliver best value outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Target Audience
No formal prerequisites are required for this workshop although it’s assumed that attendees will be working in (or towards) a role where part of their remit involves some level of accountability for the delivery of project outcomes.
