Delegates should also be familiar with the topics and techniques covered in the course: Agile User Stories and Estimating – QAUSEPBL.
The purpose of this highly immersive course is to help students to learn techniques that will help them to make their products better!
If your product backlog is a jumbled, disorganised mess of disparate features, lacking coherence, flow or the sense of a user journey, if it seems to be focussed on what the product should do rather than what people should be able to accomplish with the assistance of your product, then user story mapping may be for you.
If your product backlog is none of those things, user story mapping may still be for you. Its creator, Jeff Patton, suggests the use of story mapping will ultimately make your products better.
This course is intended for people who have mastered the basics of an Agile approach such as Scrum, DSDM, or Extreme Programming.
Certification, or equivalent experience, as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum Developer, or Agile Project Manager is not required.
