This course provides a comprehensive learning experience covering both the foundational concepts and practical application of the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture framework. Participants will gain a deep understanding of the TOGAF Standard, including its key terminology, methodologies, and governance structures. The course covers stakeholder management, the Architecture Development Method (ADM), architecture implementation, and change management strategies.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to develop, sustain, and transform an Enterprise Architecture using the TOGAF approach while preparing for both the TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Foundation and Practitioner certification exams.
There are no formal prerequisites. Prior experience with Enterprise Architecture is beneficial but not required.
