It draws upon the purpose of the BRM Practice: To establish and nurture the links between the service provider and the key stakeholders of service consumers at strategic and tactical levels. It includes the identification, analysis, monitoring and continual improvement of relationships with business stakeholders.

The course looks at the capabilities needed for an effective and efficient BRM practice, how it works in relation to the Information and Technology, and Partners and Suppliers dimensions within ITIL. It discusses the roles, skills and organisational solutions that the BRM Practice can bring to an organisation.
