The APMG AgilePM Practitioner course builds on the AgilePM Foundation knowledge, focusing on applying and tailoring the AgilePM methodology to real-world projects. Participants will develop the skills needed to lead or manage Agile projects, adapt the AgilePM framework to varying project environments, and handle project risks and governance in an Agile context. The course includes scenario-based learning to ensure practical application of AgilePM principles in complex and dynamic project environments.
Participants must have successfully completed the APMG AgilePM Foundation certification as a prerequisite for enrolling in the Practitioner course.
