Applying Professional Scrum for Software Development™ (APS-SD) is a three-day, hands-on course focused on building high-quality software within the Scrum framework. Participants use modern Agile engineering practices and supportive DevOps tools while working on a realistic software product and producing real code.

Depending on class size, learners work as one Scrum Team or across multiple Scrum Teams. Throughout the course, they work from a realistic Product Backlog, collaborate across a series of Sprints and aim to produce potentially releasable software Increments.

The programme is designed to go beyond theory. Participants experience many of the challenges faced by real software teams, including changing requirements, technical constraints, quality expectations, collaboration issues and the need for continuous improvement.
