This two-day course provides a best practice training skills foundation for subject matter experts who are, or will be, required to deliver training either to internal colleagues or external customers. Course objective and assessment

The delegates will plan and deliver their training session in accordance with the TAP Training Delivery Fundamentals Style and Structure Profiles. The delivery of the sessions will be done in three parts in an informal setting in small groups with immediate peer feedback, overseen by the trainer.
