Applying Professional Scrum Training in France

Applying Professional Scrum is a two-day course designed to teach Scrum through practical experience rather than theory alone. Participants work in Scrum Teams, build a software application and complete a series of Sprints that simulate the challenges and working patterns of real Scrum environments.

Throughout the programme, learners explore the mechanics, roles, principles and empirical process behind Scrum. Common mistakes, misunderstandings and dysfunctional behaviours are discussed so that participants can recognise the warning signs when Scrum is not being applied effectively.

The course is particularly valuable for teams and individuals who are new to Scrum. It also provides a strong knowledge foundation for more role-focused training for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Developers.

Participants work together to produce releasable software while combining discussion, exercises and practical delivery. This gives them direct experience of empirical decision-making, team collaboration and incremental value creation.

The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognised Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification assessment.

Course Purpose
