Delivered by experienced instructors with practical knowledge of applying Agile project management in real project environments, the course combines essential theory with examination preparation. Participants work through sample questions and receive guidance to help them prepare for the AgilePM® Foundation certification assessment.

The APMG Agile Project Management Foundation examination is included as part of the programme.

The course is specifically focused on the DSDM approach to Agile project management. The Scrum Framework is not covered within this course.

Candidates planning to take the Foundation examination should allow additional time for individual revision after the first day of training. Evening preparation should include reviewing the course handbook and practising sample examination questions.

The programme can also be arranged as group training at a preferred date and location, subject to availability.
