Lean Six Sigma Practitioners Black Belt - week 2 Training in Singapore

This course forms the second week of the ten-day Lean Six Sigma Black Belt programme, which is delivered as two separate five-day sessions. It is designed for experienced Green Belts who want to develop the advanced analytical and leadership capability required to manage larger and more complex process improvement initiatives.

Lean and Six Sigma are established business improvement approaches that help organisations increase value for customers, employees, and stakeholders by reducing process variation and eliminating waste.

During Week 2, participants focus particularly on advanced analysis, regression, Design of Experiments, solution development, and process control. The course combines theory with practical activities so that learners can confidently apply advanced statistical techniques and use Minitab in real improvement projects.

By the end of the programme, participants are expected to progress beyond technical analysis and become independent Black Belt practitioners capable of leading complex DMAIC projects and wider improvement initiatives.

Participants are expected to meet the following requirements:

• Completion of a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course with QA or another recognised provider,
• Ideally, completion of at least one Green Belt project using the DMAIC framework,
• Completion of Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Week 1,
• Identification of a second project to complete after the training; this is required for accreditation,
• Access to Minitab in order to complete the analytical activities within the course.

Use of a personal device is strongly recommended.

• Operate as independent Black Belt practitioners capable of managing complex improvement programmes.

Black Belt Application and Preparation

Throughout the week, participants combine advanced statistical analysis, Minitab techniques, and improvement tools to strengthen their ability to lead DMAIC projects at Black Belt level.

The second week also supports preparation for the Black Belt examination and helps participants develop the confidence to manage their post-training improvement project independently.
