This five-day instructor-led course provides the knowledge and practical skills required to deploy, configure, and manage Cisco Collaboration hybrid and cloud technologies. Learners explore the architecture, deployment models, and operational practices used to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient collaboration services across modern enterprise environments.
Throughout the course, participants gain hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Control Hub, Webex Calling, Cloud Connected Unified Communications, cloud-based provisioning, migration strategies, and Quality of Service (QoS) for voice and video traffic. The course also introduces hybrid deployment models that integrate on-premises and cloud collaboration platforms, helping organisations modernise their communications infrastructure while maintaining operational continuity.
This course, together with the Implementing and Operating Cisco Collaboration Core Technologies On-Premises (CLCOR-OP) course, prepares learners for the Cisco 350-801 CLCOR v2.0 certification exam and supports progression towards Cisco Certified Specialist – Collaboration Core, CCNP Collaboration, and CCIE Collaboration certifications. Successful completion also provides 38 Cisco Continuing Education credits towards recertification.
