In this course you will learn how finance, accounting, and the related business processes work, in order to make informed financial decisions, and to manage project finances and budgets more accurately and efficiently.

You will understand how to read and analyze financial statements in order to draw your own conclusions as to the financial health of the organization, and what steps are required in order to improve the financial health of the organization or of your department.

You will also be more confident in liaising with the finance team, and be able to ask critical finance-related questions.

We use a fun, unique, gamified technique and virtual breakaway rooms in order for participants to self-discover the answers and to embed the learning.
