The course is an enhanced version of the Business Continuity Institute's (BCI's) Certification Training Course, which teaches you the methods, techniques and approaches used by business continuity professionals worldwide to develop, implement and maintain an effective Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme, and prepares you to take the BCI's CBCI examination.

This enhanced version provides delegates with the opportunity to put the theory into practice through the use of case studies, and to practice answering the type of questions used in the CBCI examination, including taking two mock examinations. These are only available to delegates who undertake the course with Continuity Shop.

This course is aimed at:

Anyone who would like to gain a formal qualification in Business Continuity Management. The course and exam are best suited to those who already have some practical knowledge of and experience in BC. If you're a newcomer to the field but would still like a qualification, please look at our BCS Certificate in Business Continuity Management course.

THE COURSE CONSISTS OF 6 MODULES:

  • Module One (21%) - Policy and Programme Management
  • Module Two (8%) - Embedding Business Continuity
  • Module Three (17%) - Analysis
  • Module Four (17%) - Design
  • Module Five (19%) - Implementation
  • Module Six (18%) - Validation

The examination is taken on the final day of training. However, you may choose whether to leave a gap between the training and the examination, if you wish to have time to revise after the training. There are examination centres in most major cities around the world. If you take the option of delaying the exam, you must book it via the BCI online.

BCI CBCI Certification Course Training Course in Norway

The Nordic country Norway, is in Northern Europe. Some of the most popular museums in Oslo are The Norwegian Museum of Cultural History, The Nobel Peace Center, The National Museum of Art, Architecture, and Design, The Munch Museum and The Vigeland Museum.
