Introduction to Microsoft 365 and AI Administration (AB-900) Training in Norway

This one-day course provides a foundational introduction to Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and AI-powered agents, with a focus on core services and basic administrative capabilities. Learners explore the essential concepts that underpin Microsoft 365 administration, including service architecture, security foundations, and data protection and governance. Building on this foundation, the course introduces Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot agents, explaining how AI can be used to automate tasks, enhance collaboration, and personalise user experiences across the Microsoft 365 suite. The course is structured around two learning paths and is designed to develop understanding without requiring prior hands-on administrative experience.

Before attending this course, learners should have basic functional experience with Microsoft 365 services and a proficient understanding of general IT practices. No prior experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Copilot, or AI agents is required, as the course is designed for learners at a beginning level.
