A one-day course to prepare holders of any ITIL® certification to re-certify after a 3 year period to ensure their certification remains current in today’s market.

All ITIL® courses now require re-certification after 3 years if they are to remain ‘current’. Learners can attend this one-day session to give them a recap of the foundation information needed to take the ITIL4® Foundation exam.

Once taken, this exam will re-accredit all of the learners other ITIL® qualifications held for a further 3 years.

To have taken and passed an ITIL4® qualification.

Target Audience

This one-day course is for people that have already gained their ITIL4® Foundation certification (or any other ITIL4® certification) and want to recertify their qualification(s) after 3 years. This is NOT a course designed to support exam retakes.

This course is a brief overview of the foundation course content and will not cover everything that is covered in the 3-day ITIL4® Foundation course. It is a condensed session focusing on the more important topics which are weighted heavily in the exam.

The day will consist of a mock exam on arrival followed by a de-brief of the exam. The remainder of the day will be spent recapping the core ITIL topics in readiness for you to take your exam

Anybody requiring a full recap of all foundation topics should attend the full ITIL4® foundation course.
