  • Experience using TACL commands such as STATUS, FILEINFO, and WHO to gather information
  • Familiarity with Guardian utilities including FUP, SCF, and DSAP
  • Knowledge of basic OSS commands and utilities
  • The ability to manage user profiles using the PASSWORD and DEFAULT programs
