Assignments are a crucial element of the learning programme and are designed to allow delegates to demonstrate they have grasped the key digital and IT strategy principles and that they can apply them to the associated AXELOS issued case study, which will be supplied to delegates as part of the pre-course work so enabling a smooth start to the first day of the learning programme.
The group assignments will be assessed and marked throughout the learning programme and passing these with a minimum score of 30 out of 40 is required prior to delegates taking the associated ‘closed book’ examination.
Delegates will receive notification of their in-course assignment results within 2 business days of completing the learning program. Upon passing, they can schedule the 30-question multiple-choice exam, requiring a score of 21 or higher for success. Successful completion of both the assignments and the exam leads to the awarding of the ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy certification.
PeopleCert exams take place remotely via PeopleCert Online Proctoring, and the afternoon of the last day of your course will continue with your learning until approximately 4.00pm. When booking your exam please ensure that it is for a time after the course has concluded and you have had confirmation that your assignment has passed.
