The Project Management Institute (PMI®), the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®), is one of the leading organizations in the software development industry that combines the most important factor on project success with "Requirement Management".

The purpose of this training is to develop the competencies of the persons involved in Software Development Projects in the Business Analysis processes and in the collection, identification and documentation of software requirements, in line with the methodology established by the IIBA, taking into consideration the best practices in the World. Within the scope of the training, the methodology developed by IIBA®, the techniques and tools used in the methodology, are transferred together with the sample applications taken in real life, and the methodology is aimed to be used in daily life.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

  • Business Analysts, System Analysts, Project Managers, Team Leaders / Managers and Enterprise Architects;
  • Persons in charge of Product Owner position in Scrum teams;
  • Persons, who want to improve their knowledge and increase their business performance in Business Analysis and Project Scope Management;
  • Junior and Senior IT Managers, who manage Business Analysis teams or Business Analysis processes.

  • Learning to use Business Analysis Techniques and Tools, developed by IIBA® (International Institute of Business Analysis), based on the best practices, and recommended for the most current business analysis methodology;
  • Preparing for ECBA®, CCBA® and CBAP® certificate exams, organized by IIBA® for Business Analysis;
  • Implementing the knowledge, learned from the training, in practical issues and preventing errors or mistakes that are common in project business analysis processes and improving the quality of project analysis processes;

Because of its central location within Europe and its status as a major financial hub, Frankfurt is often referred to as the "Mainhattan," a play on the city's name and its association with the Manhattan financial district in New York City.

Frankfurt is also a major transportation hub, with the largest airport in Germany and one of the largest in Europe, Frankfurt Airport. Additionally, it is a popular destination for tourists, with its historic city center, beautiful parks, and vibrant cultural scene.
