This is a short 1-day course to introduce the new AI tool of Microsoft Copilot to the Dynamics platform. Specifically, we look at Dynamics 365 Copilot within the Sales application. This course will also look at the technical setup of Dynamics 365 Copilot.

Delegates should be familiar with cloud technology and some experience of the Power Platform will be an advantage.

Please note: Learners attending this course virtually will be required to have two screens and have a common web browser installed such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome.

Introduction to Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Training Course in Germany

Frankfurt is also a major transportation hub, with the largest airport in Germany and one of the largest in Europe, Frankfurt Airport. Additionally, it is a popular destination for tourists, with its historic city center, beautiful parks, and vibrant cultural scene.
