With so many offerings in the Microsoft software for projects workspace it can be confusing to know which tools to purchase and which tools to use for the job.

Project for the Web, a tool developed on Microsoft’s Power Platform to provide a web hosted Project management tool for those who place collaboration high on their priority list and not requiring the full functionality of Microsoft Project Desktop software but still requiring something more than a simple task list.

Target Audience

Aimed at anybody already using Microsoft’s various project related software solutions, those contemplating their use, those considering upgrading their project software or anybody with an interest in the use of Microsoft technology around managing projects, tasks, resources, collaboration, and related areas.

Number of Learners and Cap

Minimum Project Plan 1 (P1) licence (Roadmap is read-only for P1) or P3 or P5 as these already include P1 features, Microsoft Power Automate Free and Microsoft 365 (For Teams, Outlook and Planner) and ideally Microsoft PowerBI Desktop (Free) for reporting. In most cases these licences will be provided (access to our own browser-based account will be provided) by QA purely for the duration of the course.

Our Microsoft Project for the Web course is designed to help learn the skills to maximise Project for the Web. Delegates will go on from learning essential skills to embrace the everyday features of this ‘out of the box’ intuitive tool as well as the full features that can be harnessed with deeper dive* knowledge of the application.

* As this is a browser-based application, new features are added on a regular basis, our course content is therefore revised on a regular basis to reflect this
