Fiori is the new user interface of SAP. It is OS- and Platform-independent and it has a superior visual quality/functionality than SAP screens and therefore it offers a perfect user experience. SAPUI5 is a Framework built on JavaScript-HTML5-CSS3 technologies. Fiori applications are developed by using SAPUI5 Framework. If you compare Fiori with Ferrari, SAPUI5 would be its engine.
