Not realising your potential is probably one of the bigger regrets as people get older. “Am I reaching my potential?” is not the same as asking, or “How can I be successful in my career?”.

In this session we will look at things you can do to realise and reach your potential. The session is an opportunity to reflect on approaches to realise your potential from a business perspective. You will increase self-awareness around your potential and use a SCOT analysis to create a strategic plan. We will illustrate the importance of setting your own goals and to using your personal initiative to achieve them.
