Lead Lean-Agile transformation and accelerate value delivery with the power of AI.

For organisations seeking to remain competitive, business agility alone is no longer enough. Today's leaders need to understand both the operating principles behind enterprise agility and the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI).

The AI Empowered SAFe® Leading SAFe course provides the foundational knowledge required to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise while introducing AI as a practical accelerator for modern leadership and business workflows.

Throughout the course, participants explore how to align complex organisations around clear objectives, strengthen customer centricity, and apply specific AI prompting techniques to make leadership responsibilities and workflows more efficient.

By combining SAFe practices with practical AI capabilities, leaders can better enable their teams to produce higher-quality solutions at greater speed while improving the flow of value across the organisation.

For corporate groups, we can organize this training as an on-site private group.
