TeamQuest- Mission AI Possible Training in Oman

Team Quest – Mission AI: Possible is a one-day, immersive capability accelerator that fuses team-based gamification with real-world Copilot Studio agent design and advanced prompting skills.

Set within a retro-futuristic HQ, learners confront “The Fog”—a metaphor for human–AI misalignment caused by vague requests and weak context.
Through four missions, participants sharpen clarity, intent, and AI collaboration, learning how to design, control, and automate Copilot agents using Power Automate and Dataverse.

This course is fun, competitive, and deeply practical—empowering professionals to design trustworthy AI systems and improve prompt discipline and automation logic.

Participants should have:

• Completed Microsoft Applied Skills Workshop (PL-7008),

• Working knowledge of Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse,

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).

• Create an AI agent with a distinctive style

• Refine tone through precise prompting

• Score: Creativity, clarity, consistency

Mission 2: The Knowledge

Focus: Knowledge control and compliance

• Configure a single authorised knowledge source

• Prevent hallucination through boundary control

• Build “in-character” refusals for out-of-scope queries

Mission 3: The New Source

Focus: Secure data capture and retrieval

• Build agent-led workflows using Dataverse

• Validate user identity and manage conditional logic

• Deliver structured dialogue and consistent tone

Mission 4: The Hazard Equation

Focus: Autonomous and analytical agents

• Trigger agents automatically via Dataverse events

• Use logic-driven scoring and data updates

• Deliver concise analytical summaries automatically

Final Debrief

• Review mission outcomes and agent behaviours
