Aligned with the 2020 Scrum Guide™, the course is designed to equip Scrum team members and managers with the knowledge needed to effectively implement Scrum in any business context. It covers user stories, estimating, planning, and visualization techniques, ensuring participants gain both theoretical knowledge and practical application of Scrum in real-world projects.

No formal prerequisites are required for this course. However, a basic understanding of Agile principles or project management frameworks may be beneficial for participants to get the most out of the course.

Exams

The course includes an assessment to measure understanding and practical application of Scrum. The qualification is assessed through a multiple-choice exam, testing recall, comprehension, and application of Scrum concepts. This consists of:
