APMG Agile Business Analysis Foundation and Practitioner - AgileBA® Training in Greece

This four-day APMG-accredited course is designed to develop a thorough understanding of the Business Analyst's role within an Agile environment and help participants apply that knowledge in practical project situations.

The programme covers the responsibilities of an Agile Business Analyst, commonly used analysis techniques and practices, and guidance for professionals making the transition towards the Agile BA role.

The course is presented within the DSDM framework, which defines how a project-based Business Analyst works alongside business, development, and testing roles at different levels of an Agile project. However, the programme extends beyond DSDM by incorporating a range of widely used Agile techniques where they are relevant and valuable to Business Analysts.

Please note: The Scrum Framework is not covered as part of this course.

Training is delivered by experienced instructors with practical backgrounds in Agile Business Analysis. In addition to the core learning content, participants receive examination guidance and work through sample questions in preparation for the APMG Agile Business Analysis Foundation examination on Day 3 and the Practitioner examination on Day 4.

Proof of Identity

Participants must provide valid signed photographic identification when attending APMG examinations. Suitable identification may include a passport, driving licence, or student identification card. The invigilator may request this before the examination begins.

Participants should also familiarise themselves with the certification terms and conditions provided by APMG International.

Pre-Course Preparation

Although not mandatory, participants are encouraged to become familiar with the DSDM Agile Project Framework before attending the course. Having a basic understanding of its structure can provide useful context for the topics covered during training.

Participants are encouraged to allow additional revision time after each training day when preparing for the Foundation and Practitioner examinations. Revision should include reviewing the course handbook and practising with sample examination questions.

Practitioner Preparation

Before the Practitioner examination, participants receive structured exam preparation based on the knowledge developed during the Foundation portion of the course.

This preparation focuses on approaching Practitioner-level questions, applying AgileBA concepts to project scenarios, and reviewing important considerations for the examination.

Exams and Assessments

AgileBA Foundation Examination

All participants sit the APMG Agile Business Analysis Foundation examination during the afternoon of Day 3.

• Duration: 40 minutes
• Valid photographic identification is required

Candidates who successfully pass the Foundation examination become eligible to take the Practitioner examination.

AgileBA Practitioner Examination

The Practitioner examination takes place during the afternoon of Day 4.

• Exam day: Day 4
• Start time: 13:30
• Maximum duration: 2.5 hours
• Successful completion of the Foundation examination is required
• Valid photographic identification is required

Schedule note: Day 4 will conclude by 16:00 following completion of the Practitioner examination.
