PRINCE2® 7 Foundation and Practitioner Training

This highly interactive and engaging course introduces the five integrated elements of PRINCE2:
Project context, practices, processes, principles — with people at its heart.

This updated PRINCE2 version reflects modern project management and includes key concepts such as sustainability, data management, commercial focus, and, most importantly, people management.

Course Structure

This is a 5-day training, split into 3 days Foundation and 2 days Practitioner.
Led by experienced instructors, you’ll learn through individual and group exercises, case study applications, learning games, and practice exam sessions.

Foundation Exam

Practitioner Exam

Exam Scheduling: You can take your exam when ready, but not before 5:30 PM on day 3 (Foundation) and day 5 (Practitioner).

• No prerequisites for Foundation level, but prior project experience is beneficial.

• Practitioner level requires PRINCE2-7 Foundation or an approved equivalent.
