The ITIL 4 Plan, Implement, and Control module is structured and aligned around the ITIL framework. The examination is intended to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient understanding and application of the concepts covered in the ITIL 4 Asset Management Practice, ITIL 4 Change Enablement Practice, ITIL 4 Deployment Management Practice, ITIL 4 Release Management Practice, ITIL 4 Service Configuration Management Practice publications.

There is a 90-minute, closed book, 60 question multiple choice examination associated with this course. Pass mark is 39 (65%).

This exam is online and can be booked at a time of the delegates choosing once the course has finished and will be invigilated virtually by PeopleCert.

An ITIL 4 foundation certificate.

Target Audience

This course is applicable for IT professionals or anyone who has an interest in the discipline/practice of IT asset management, Change enablement, Deployment management, Release management or Service Configuration management. This course is ideal for those individuals involved at the operational level of service delivery and wish to explore how best practices can be used to assist their organisation improve.

This course can also be a used as a qualifying certificate to contribute towards the ITIL®4 Master qualification level.

This course delivers for learners the understanding of the key concepts, principles, value and challenges of ITIL 4’s five management practices focussed around implementation and control of service, IT hardware, software or processes. It covers the ITIL 4 Asset Management Practice, the ITIL 4 Change Enablement Practice, the ITIL 4 Deployment Management Practice, the ITIL 4 Release Management Practice, and the ITIL 4 Service Configuration Management Practice.

It is intended to provide learners with best practice guidance at both strategic and operational levels for maximizing value from the Practices.

The ITIL 4 Plan, Implement, and Control Practices module is structured and aligned around the ITIL framework. The examination is intended to assess whether the candidate can demonstrate sufficient understanding and application of the concepts covered in the course. It also allows learners to ‘meet’ like-minded people, share experiences and learn from each other whilst taking onboard the best practice advice and guidance provided by the trainer.

The Nordic country Norway, is in Northern Europe. Additionally, the city is a popular tourist destination, known for its scenic location on the Oslo Fjord, its many museums and cultural attractions, and its vibrant nightlife and dining scene. Some of the most popular museums in Oslo are The Norwegian Museum of Cultural History, The Nobel Peace Center, The National Museum of Art, Architecture, and Design, The Munch Museum and The Vigeland Museum.
