The link between learning and performance has never been stronger. Digital transformation, the speed at which technology changes, transitioning to the Virtual Learning Environment and the drive for innovation and continuous improvement all contribute to more demands on L&D professionals.

Agile and Lean are widely accepted practices that help deliver products and services faster and more effectively to point-of-use, by improving workflow, standardising processes and adapting to changing requirements. Applying these practices to the L&D function will aid organisational performance through streamlining the design & development journey, and decreasing time to delivery.
