Mastering Big Room Planning Training in Oman

Big Room Planning is a collaborative Agile planning technique designed to coordinate large-scale delivery over a defined time frame — typically 3 months.
This framework-agnostic workshop draws on proven practices from SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) while remaining adaptable for any Agile environment.

The session provides a safe, engaging, and collaborative space where attendees can share their own experiences, challenges, and solutions related to Big Room Planning.
By the end, participants will have a clear understanding of how to prepare, facilitate, and optimize these large-scale planning events to achieve alignment and commitment across teams.

Participants should have:
