Agile, Lean and DevOps

What is Agile, Lean & DevOps?

Agile, Scrum, Lean and DevOps methodologies are all developed to ensure that processes are as effective and seamless as they can be.

Agile, especially in today's fast-paced world, is a way to function more flexibly and productively. From agile market research to agile development, agile project management to agile teams, this principle can be applied to numerous fields.

Scrum is an empirical process management framework, using frequent inspection points to implement change based on experience and feedback. This methodology originated in the area of software development but is now widely used in other fields.

Lean thinking, focused on what people desire, is a means of eliminating inefficient processes and changing things. Kanban is a lean methodology which provides a common visual interface for workflow management.

DevOps is an emerging practice supporting fast, sustainable software delivery and infrastructure changes through automation while encouraging collaboration of development and operations teams.
