ICAgile Delivery at Scale (ICP-DAS) Training in Oman

This course equips agile professionals with the competencies required to coordinate multiple teams, align system-wide delivery practices, and optimise value flow across enterprise-scale environments. It explores the principles, practices, and organisational design techniques needed to scale delivery while maintaining agility and alignment to customer value.

Through scenario-based discussions and real-world simulations, learners will gain a deep understanding of how to apply systems thinking, coordinate across team boundaries, and empower delivery structures that drive sustainable business outcomes. The course aligns with ICAgile’s Delivery Management track and prepares participants for the ICP-DAS certification

Participants should have:

• A foundational understanding of Agile principles and practices
• Prior experience working in or with agile teams
• Completion of ICAgile’s Agile Fundamentals (ICP) course is recommended, though not mandatory

Exams and Assessments

This course does not include a formal exam. Learners will complete:

• Scenario-based group discussions
• Reflective exercises and knowledge checks
• A final group presentation or coaching activity to demonstrate capability in applying course concepts

Completion of all activities and participation in sessions is required to be eligible for the ICAgile Certified Professional in Delivery at Scale (ICP-DAS) certification.
