The Omnissa Horizon 8: Troubleshooting Bootcamp is an intensive five-day course combining essential aspects of Omnissa Horizon 8: Virtual Desktop Troubleshooting and Horizon 8: Infrastructure Troubleshooting. This bootcamp equips learners with hands-on skills to diagnose and resolve common issues within a Omnissa Horizon environment, mirroring real-world challenges. Through practical labs and simulations, participants will develop critical troubleshooting techniques, managing tasks from diagnosing desktop pool issues to handling advanced configurations and protocol-related obstacles.
Participants should meet the following requirements:
Completion of Omnissa Horizon 8: Deploy and Manage
Proficiency in VMware infrastructure, including using VMware vSphere Client and accessing virtual machines through VMware vCenter Server
Experience with Microsoft Windows system administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy implementation, and SQL Server database ODBC connections.
